  • We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the South America Region.

  • ROLE OVERVIEW:As a Sales Manager, you will:Drive market expansion for industrial robots and automation solutions in the South American Region (key countries: Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina), and develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify client needs in industries such as new energy vehicles (NEV), metal processing, and mining equipment manufacturing, promoting industrial robots and peripheral equipment.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and end clients, ensuring annual sales and payment collection goals are met.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions, support bidding, contract negotiations, and project implementation, and collaborate with headquarters to enhance localized services, improving customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
  • Submit regular South America market analysis reports to guide HQ on product iteration and strategic planning.
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE: We are looking for someone with:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in overseas sales of industrial robots, automation equipment, or high-end manufacturing.
  • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanishor Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Latin America’s manufacturing landscape.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel are essential; independent market research and customer needs analysis skills are also required.
