• The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and demonstrate the ability to lead regional rollouts, configure local statutory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end implementation ofOracle Fusion Finance modules(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) inLatin American countries.
• Ensure compliance withlocal statutory and tax regulations(e.

• Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical developers toconfigure localizationsandvalidate legal reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams formulti-country rolloutswith a specific focus onLatin America localization challenges.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and provide knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-production support.
• Provide guidance onOracle’s LATAM Cloud Localizations (Globalization tools)and updates.
• Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with at least2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementationsin Latin America.
• Deep knowledge ofcountry-specific financial and tax localizations(Brazil NF-e, Mexico CFDI, Argentina VAT, etc.
• ).
• Experience withOracle Cloud Financials modules(GL, AP, AR, Tax, FA, CM).
• Strong understanding ofOracle Cloud Globalization / Localizations tools and capabilities.
• Hands-on configuration experience and ability to work with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
• Fluency inEnglishis required; Spanish or Portugueseisa strong plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
