• What youll be doing (Hands-on builder mindset!)Data architecture leadership – Design and build scalable data infrastructure for massive clinical and billing datasets – Architect real-time pipelines for AI-driven healthcare applications – Define data governance frameworks, ensuring HIPAA compliance and securityAI/ML infrastructure – Build and optimize data flows for LLMs and machine learning applications – Develop feature pipelines for healthcare-specific AI models – Support real-time AI inference at the point of carePlatform development – Create APIs and data services that integrate with EHRs and billing platforms – Build observability and monitoring for complex data workflows – Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for mission-critical healthcare dataWhat were looking for – 10+ years building production-grade data systems at scale – Expert in Python and SQL (Go is a plus) – Deep experience with AWS (Redshift, RDS, EMR, etc.
