• **Must haves**- 5+ years of relevant experience; – Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in UX architecture and development experience (creative agency experience desired); – Solid technical skillsincluding Front-End development, Testing and Production-Visual Design; – Deep familiarity with the digital landscape and a track record as a team player; – Experience shipping code with a multitude of front-end platforms and architectures; – An exceptional eye fordesign, motion and interactivity; – Embraces flexibility and has a willingness to adapt to change as project and organization requirements evolve; – Strong communication and presentation skills.
• **Nice to haves**- You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code; – You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems; – You have experience working in an Agile environment; – You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room; – You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve; – Proficiency in marketing principles; – Knowledge of UX design;- Understanding of accessibility standards and practices.
