This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their data career to work alongside experienced analysts, apply data-driven insights to real business challenges, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sourcesAnalyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsAssist in building dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or TableauSupport senior analysts in data modeling and forecasting tasksWork closely with different departments (marketing, product, finance) to understand data needsMaintain documentation of data processes and project findingsEnsure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analysesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQLExposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)Basic understanding of statistical methods and data wranglingHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsEffective communicator and a team player with a learning mindsetNice to Have (Bonus Points)Experience with Python or R for data analysisInternship or coursework in business analytics or similar fieldFamiliarity with CRM, Google Analytics, or data pipeline tools
